Raijmakers - Someren, NL

The familybusiness from Wim and Gerda already exist since the fifties from the 20th century. Together with the whole family they grew vegatables on full ground. Frans Raijmakers was the first one to move out off the house to buy an existing greenhouse in Asten. He extended this to 2,5 hectare. In the mean time Henri Raijmakers was the head of the family business. Fifteen years later the brothers joined forces and started ‘Gebroeders Raijmakers Kwekerijen BV’. Since then the brothers mostly grow tomatoes in their 8 hectare greenhouses.

Last year we already helped the brothers with recovering their 17,5 hectare of storm damage and now we start with a new project from 2,7 hectare.
